Now entering it's sixteenth year, AisA Soundworks
continues in it's task of shepherding music into an increasingly chaotic
world. From the world HQ in Charlottesville, VA, AisA looks to break
new ground while maintaining it's exacting standards of quality in
live and recorded performance, featuring the unique talents of AisA
frontman Scott English. Music so wishes to be heard that it sometimes calls upon some unlikely characters to give it voice. Few are more unlikely than Scott, a reclusive multi-instrumentalist exploring the vast musical landscape, heedless of fad or fashion. Ambient soundscapes and world polyrhythms weave seamlessly around scorching rock riffs, united by the all-pervasive groove. |
